ANH ANH ist ein gemütliches, kulinarisches Restaurant in Dachau und befindet sich in der Karl-Benz-Straße 7. Wir kochen traditionell vietnamesisch, aber überraschen auch gerne mal mit ausgefallenen, neuen Eigenkreationen. Unser junges Team legt viel Wert auf frische und knackige Zutaten, die in einer Kochkunst ihre Vollendung finden. „Das Auge isst mit." – ist das Mantra unserer Küche und spiegelt sich im Ambiente wider. Wir wollen ein Treffpunkt für diejenigen sein, die feine, vietnamesische Köstlichkeiten in einer gemütlichen, ungezwungenen Atmosphäre haben möchten.

Bun Nem

The enjoyment of hot and crispy fried spring rolls, the sour and spicy taste, mixed with fragrant pepper, will not make guests "ecstatic".

Vietnamese have loved rice noodles for generations, even those who eat frugally and tend more towards vegetables still have vegetarian fried rice noodles to enjoy. This dish usually cannot do without a dipping sauce made from fish sauce, vinegar, chili, garlic, sugar and pepper.

Knusprige Ente Thai-Rot-Curry

Die roten Thai Currys sind traditionelle Gerichte der Thai Küche. In meiner Heimat Thailand nennt man es auch „Gäng Phed" (scharfes Curry) oder „Gäng Daeng" (rote Suppe). Die rote Farbe kommt von den vielen roten Chilis die bei der Zubereitung verwendet werden.

The sliced duck breast is added to the red Thai curry with crispy duck skin. The smoky aroma of the crispy duck skin harmonizes very well with the spicy red curry and the coconut milk contained in it.

Sushi Combo

The inspiration for today's sushi comes from Southeast Asia. From the method of preserving freshwater fish, the first forms of today's popular sushi developed over time.

Many people have difficulty enjoying sushi with chopsticks. Actually, we don't have to try so hard: Traditionally, chopsticks are used in a sushi bar for sashimi (raw fish in wafer-thin slices), while sushi is classically eaten with fingers.

We order sushi there regularly and the ingredients are always fresh and delicious. (Salmon, avocado, ginger, etc.) The people are really friendly. The ambiance on site is more like a clubhouse, but doesn't bother when picking up. The price is also very good for pick-up. Therefore 5 stars from us overall.

Today we tried the delivery service once. Tasted just as good as in the restaurant. Was still nicely hot. Delivery time of almost an hour was the only downside.

I am very satisfied with the quality offered, whether sushi or one of the standard dishes. I like the Thai beef with coconut sauce best - it's butter-tender and the ingredients are always fresh. The sushi is also really delicious. I am a self-pickup customer. The stated time (usually 10-15 min) has always been accurate. They are really very nice there.
